Guided by principles of reason, justice, and humanity and in order that we may exercise our duties as citizens to the fullest extent and secure for ourselves all benefits and responsibilities of self-government available to us under the Constitution and laws of the State of Ohio, we, the people of the Municipality of Olmsted Falls in the County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, do hereby adopt this Charter for the government of our Municipality.
