§ 6.08.030 APPLICABILITY OF PROVISIONS TO ANNEXED FARMLAND.
   Notwithstanding other provisions of this chapter, no person who, at the time of the annexation of his or her property into the boundaries of the city was the owner of farmland, as defined in § 6.08.020 upon which livestock was kept, shall not be affected by the terms of this chapter, so long, as keeping of livestock, but no land where farming or the keeping of livestock has been discontinued may be later put to the use of keeping of livestock in the city.
