(A) Generally. Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) State Building Code. Any person, firm or corporation who pursues the construction of any building subject to inspection under the terms of §§ 150.001 through 150.005, in violation of any of the terms and provisions of §§ 150.001 through 150.005, shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $1,000. Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. The penalties described herein shall not be exclusive, but shall be in addition to any other penalty or remedy available.
(C) House numbering system.
(1) Each residential, commercial or industrial property which is not properly marked within the guidelines of § 150.055 will be cited for non-compliance.
(2) The fine for non-compliance shall be $200.
(3) Any owner and manager who has not posted their property in compliance with the terms of § 150.055 relinquishes the Fiscal Court and its emergency service first responders from any liability due to their inability to expeditiously locate and respond to all emergency calls.
