§ 112.03 LICENSING, REGULATIONS AND BOND REQUIREMENT.
   (A)   Every merchant engaged in the business of buying and selling precious metals, jewels and gems within the limits of the county shall, prior to the beginning of operation, pay a minimum annual license fee of $50, receiving therefor a certificate or badge bearing an adequate identification of that person. The license shall be in a form prescribed by the Zoning Administrator. No license shall be transferable nor shall the license authorize the activities licensed by any person other than the person to whom it is issued.
   (B)   No license shall be issued until the applicant has delivered a bond in the amount of $5,000 with surety or sureties approved by the Zoning Administrator, conditioned upon the faithful performance of the acts hereinafter set forth. The bond shall be in full force and effect until one year after the merchant has ceased doing business in the county.
