§ 112.99 PENALTY.
   Any person, firm or corporation in violation of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than $50, nor more than $100, or imprisonment for a period not to exceed 90 days, or both fine and imprisonment. Each purchase or sale or other violation of this chapter shall be considered a separate offense.
