(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person who violates any provisions of § 150.07 or any provisions of any rule or regulations adopted and promulgated thereunder is guilty of a misdemeanor. Each day’s violation is a separate misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not to exceed $100, or confinement for a period of not to exceed 30 days, or both such fine and confinement.
