(A) Finding of discriminatory or unfair practice; affirmative action required. If, upon taking into consideration all the evidence at a haring, the Board shall find that the respondent has engaged in or is engaging in, any discriminatory or unfair housing practice as defined above, the Board shall state its findings of fact and recommendations to the parties and take such affirmative action as in the judgment of the Board will effectuate its purpose.
(B) Finding of no discriminatory or unfair practice; dismissal of complaint. If, upon taking into consideration all of the evidence at the hearing, the Board finds that the respondent has not engaged in any such discriminatory or unfair housing practice, the Board shall state its findings of fact and shall issue and cause to be served an order on the complainant and the respondent dismissing the complaint.
