17.02.100: ANTENNA SUPPORTING STRUCTURES:
   A.   Antenna supporting structures which are principal uses in agriculture, residential, office, or commercial districts are regulated by section 17.11.230 of this title unless otherwise provided herein. Antennas and antenna supporting structures that are principal uses in industrial districts are regulated by sections 17.08.020 and 17.11.230 of this title.
   B.   Supporting structures which are accessory uses are regulated by each subsection 17.04.030F of this title and the applicable use conditions for use unit 22 of this title.
   C.   Antenna supporting structures which are accessory to principal uses permitted in the agricultural, office, commercial or industrial zoning districts shall be set back from a residential district boundary line one hundred ten percent (110%) of the height of the antenna and supporting structure as measured at grade. The setback distance shall be measured from the nearest point of the residential district zoning boundary line, excluding freeways zoned residential. (Ord. 1953, 2010)
