A. The subdivider shall install water lines and fire hydrants, and installation shall be in accordance with standards for the design of public water systems of the Oklahoma state department of health. Wherever a public water supply is not reasonably accessible, private supply facilities may be installed as a substitute therefor, provided that such installation is made in accordance with the "regulations" cited in section 16.24.120 of this chapter.
