5.36.080: PENALTY:
Any person, firm or corporation who engages in business without a license as required by this chapter or violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction, shall be fined as provided in section 1.12.010 of this Code. Violation of this chapter shall also be grounds for revocation or suspension of any license granted. (Ord. 1931 § 2, 2009)
