§ 155.04 CONSTRUCTION.

   (A)   The Port Authority shall regulate all construction or modification on or to all buildings, wharfs or docks in a port or harbor located within the area of jurisdiction of the Port Authority.

   (B)   Any constructor prior to beginning construction or modification must register the intention to construct modify with the Port Authority accompanied by adequate plans for tentative approval. The constructor must also obtain permits or other certificates of approval from the following agencies, if or as required by law:

      (1)   The applicable county or Municipal Advisory Planning Commission and its respective Zoning Inspector;

      (2)   The applicable Building Inspector;

      (3)   The state’s Department of Natural Resources;

      (4)   The United State Army Corps of Engineers;

      (5)   The state’s Department of Environmental Management; and

      (6)   The United States Coast Guard.
