§ 155.03 SPECIAL PERMITS.
   The operator of any watercraft with unusual time requirements to anchor on private or public lands in the area of jurisdiction must apply for a special permit.
   (A)   The operator must comply with all the requirements set forth herein for a standard permit and must also state in writing the reasons for a special permit.
   (B)   The Port Authority must approve a general resolution at a regular meeting of its members to issue a special permit.
   (C)   The Port Authority shall charge a fee for a special permit as determined by the Board of the Port Authority with said fee to take into consideration the use, length of time, size of vessel and other individual considerations of each special permit application. This fee may be on a daily, monthly or annual basis as determined by the Port Authority.
