§ 155.02 ANCHORING PERMITS.
   The operator of any watercraft anchoring on public lands in the area of jurisdiction of the Port Authority for greater than 24 hours, whether continuous or intermittent, must obtain a permit to anchor.
   (A)   General. Permits to anchor may be obtained at no charge and shall remain in effect for 36 hours from the issuance thereof. Permits to anchor are not renewable and no operator of any watercraft may obtain a new permit within 72 hours after the expiration of a previous permit.
   (B)   Application. An applicant must provide his or her name, home address and watercraft registration number on an approved Port Authority application in order to obtain a permit hereunder.
   (C)   Location. Permits must be displayed on the watercraft in such a manner as to be conspicuous and easily readable from the shore.
