(A) Speed limits. The maximum speed limits on the following roads in the county are hereby reduced to the following extent.
(1) In Hartford, within 1,000 feet of the crossroads in all directions, the maximum speed permitted shall be 20 mph and no more.
(2) In Bear Branch, within 1,000 feet of the crossroads in all directions, the maximum speed permitted shall be 20 mph and no more.
(3) On Bellview Lane, the maximum speed permitted shall be 35 mph and no more.
(4) On all other county roads the maximum speed permitted shall be 40 mph and no more.
(B) Load limits. The county’s Highway Department shall post at each end of all bridges with a safe maximum load limit of 15 tons and less a steel highway sign, stating the load limit of that bridge.

(A) Off-road vehicles, as defined in I.C. 14-8-2-185, may use county roads, outside the corporate limits of any city or town.
(B) No person shall operate an off-road vehicle without a valid motor vehicle driver’s license.
(C) No use otherwise prohibited by state law shall be permitted on county roads including, but not limited to, the prohibitions found under I.C. 14-16-1-23.
(D) A person who operates an off-road vehicle on county roads shall comply with all the conditions of I.C. 14-16-1-1 et seq. and specifically with the requirements of I.C. 14-16-1-20.
