(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person found to be violating any provision of §§ 50.01 through 50.04 of this code shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. On conviction the violator shall be punished for the first offense by a fine of not more than $500; for the second offense by a fine of not more than $1,000, to which may be added imprisonment for any determinate period not exceeding 90 days, and each day after the expiration of the time limit for abating unsanitary conditions and completing improvements to abate such conditions as ordered by the county’s Board of Health or by the duly appointed Health Officer, shall constitute a distinct and separate offense.
