2-11-6: RECONSIDERATION:
A suggester may request that the chief administrative officer reconsider a decision of the review committee. The decision of the chief administrative officer is a management prerogative and is final. The use or nonuse of employee suggestions by the city shall not be the basis of further claims of any kind by the suggester or the suggester's heirs or assigns.
