REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES MANUAL of OGDEN CITY UTAH
2-10-3: ACTING POSITIONS:
An appointed officer may designate another officer or employee of the city to exercise that officer's powers and duties during a temporary absence not amounting to a vacancy in office. During the period of time when such acting designation is in effect, the officer or employee so designated may exercise all of the powers and authority of the designating officer.
