REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES MANUAL of OGDEN CITY UTAH
1-7-1: ELECTIONS:
   A.   Municipal Elections: Municipal elections held in the City shall be classified as primary nominating elections, general Municipal elections or special Municipal elections. All elections shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures prescribed in the pertinent provisions of the Election Code of the State 1 .
   B.   Filing Fee: Individuals filing as candidates for the City Council or for Mayor shall pay a twenty five dollar ($25.00) fee at the time of filing their candidacy with the City Recorder. This filing fee shall be refundable only if it is determined that the person filing is not qualified to be a candidate, or who is found to have improperly filed.
