REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES MANUAL of OGDEN CITY UTAH
1-6-8: PURPOSE OF CHAPTER; COMPLIANCE WITH STATE LAW:
It is the purpose of this chapter to comply with the requirements of section 10-3-1219.5, Utah Code Annotated or its successor provision, and to implement requirements of state law regarding the filing, review and approval of annexation petitions. All annexations of property shall comply with the requirements of part 4, chapter 2, title 10, Utah Code Annotated, as amended, 1953, or its successor provisions.
