REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES MANUAL of OGDEN CITY UTAH
1-6-4: ACTION UPON DECISION OF BOUNDARY COMMISSION:
After receipt of the Weber County boundary commission's decision on a protest, the city council may:
   A.   Deny the annexation petition; or
   B.   If the commission approves the annexation, grant the annexation petition and, by ordinance and consistent with the boundary commission's decision, annex the area that is the subject of the annexation petition.
