REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES MANUAL of OGDEN CITY UTAH
1-6-1: GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
In order to assure orderly growth and development of the community, to protect the general interest of the taxpaying public as well as the rights of the individual property owners who wish to annex to the city, and to meet the requirements of state law, each annexation shall be reviewed, approved or denied in the manner described in this chapter.
