17-1-6: MAINTENANCE OF RECORDS:
To provide guidance and insight into the goals and objectives of historic resources and for the maintenance of consistent policies, the commission shall maintain a file containing records of all applications brought before it for review, action taken, drawings submitted, and amendments of drawings pertaining thereto.
