Notwithstanding the provisions of section 103.2 of the International Fire Code, section 103.2 of the Property Maintenance Code, or any other similar provision contained in the adopted codes, it is not the intention of the code adoptions provided herein to modify in any respect the terms or conditions of employment applicable to the officers or employees of the City referenced therein.
