   A.   The State Construction Code, as defined in section 15A-1-204, Utah Code Annotated, as amended or superseded, and the State Fire Code, as defined in section 15A-1-403, Utah Code Annotated, as amended or superseded, are hereby adopted as the rules, regulations and standards for the construction, occupancy, alteration, remodeling and repair of all structures and buildings in the City. The State Construction and Fire Code includes:
      1.   The Federal Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Act (HUD Code);
      2.   The International Building Code (IBC);
      3.   The International Existing Building Code (IEBC);
      4.   The International Energy Conservation Code (IECC);
      5.   The International Fuel Gas Code (IFGC);
      6.   The International Mechanical Code (IMC);
      7.   The International Plumbing Code (IPC);
      8.   The International Residential Code (IRC);
      9.   The National Electric Code (NEC);
      10.   The Utah Wildland Urban Interface Code (UWUI);
      11.   The International Fire Code (IFC);
      12.   National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards; and
      13.   All currently applicable editions, amendments or appendices to the above codes promulgated or adopted by the Utah State Legislature, the Utah Fire Prevention Board, and by the Utah Uniform Building Code Commission and the Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing in the Utah Uniform Building Standard Act rules.
   B.   The following appendices of the current International Fire Code published and promulgated by the International Code Council, as amended or superseded, are hereby adopted for use in the City:
      1.   Fire-Flow Requirements for Buildings;
      2.   Fire Hydrant Locations and Distribution;
      3.   Fire Apparatus Access Roads;
      4.   Hazard Ranking;
      5.   Hazardous Materials Management Plan and Hazardous Materials Inventory Statement Instructions; and
      6.   Requirements for Fire Fighter Air Replenishment Systems.
