12-19-11: DISPOSITION OF A COMPLAINT:
If, upon completion of an investigation of a complaint, the administrator determines that an unlawful employment practice has occurred and is unable to secure an acceptable conciliation agreement from the respondent, then the administrator is authorized to initiate a proceeding for the administrative imposition of civil penalties pursuant to chapter 12 of this title, by issuing a notice of violation to respondent. No warning period shall apply prior to the imposition of a civil penalty pursuant to this chapter.
