12-9-4: RATES AND CHARGES:
The rates and charges for ambulance and paramedic transport services provided by the Fire Department shall be those maximum rates and charges determined by rule of the State Emergency Medical Services Committee under the provisions of the Emergency Medical Services System Act which rates and charges reflect the reasonable cost of providing ambulance services.
