12-9-3: FIRE CHIEF; DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Chief of the City Fire Department shall be responsible for the management and operation of ambulance services provided by the Department. All ambulance services shall be provided in conformance with the rules and regulations established by the State under the Emergency Medical Services System Act 1 .
