12-7-15: UNCLEAN OR ANNOYING INDUSTRIES PROHIBITED WHEN:
It is unlawful for the owner or occupant of any soap factory, candle factory, glue factory, pork house, lard house or laundry or plant to permit the same to remain unclean or to conduct his business to the annoyance of three (3) or more persons.
