REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES MANUAL of OGDEN CITY UTAH
11-3-5: REMOVAL OF GATES OR SIGNS:
   A.   Unlawful: It is unlawful for any person to remove mischievously any traffic control devices, gates or signs within the limits of the city.
   B.   Violation; Penalty: A violation of this section is a class C misdemeanor, subject to the penalties provided under title 1, chapter 4 of this code.
