REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES MANUAL of OGDEN CITY UTAH
10-5-6: PARKS, PLAYGROUNDS, GROUNDS OF PUBLIC BUILDINGS AND PUBLIC PROPERTY:
It shall be unlawful for any person to park a motor vehicle:
   A.   At any place in a public park, playground, [or] grounds of any public building, or property owned by Ogden City or the Ogden City redevelopment agency, except:
      1.   On roads or parking lots provided for public parking; and
      2.   In accordance with the provisions of any officially installed signs; or
   B.   On any footpath or trail in any city park or playground.
