9-1-1: DEFINITIONS:
 
DIVISION OR WATER DIVISION:
The water division of the Ogden City public services department, which division is responsible for the operation of the city's water utility system.
MANAGER, UTILITY MANAGER OR WATER MANAGER:
The division manager, duly appointed in accordance with section 2-4-8 of this code, to supervise and manage the division of the public services department responsible for the operation of the water utility system of the city.
UTILITY OR WATER UTILITY:
The water utility system of the city as operated by the water division.
