It is the policy of Ogden City Corporation to prevent delays in fulfilling material requests through the use of specifications. Anytime the item being requested is of a specific or complicated nature specifications should be submitted. Deficient or incomplete specifications may result in a delay in ordering the required goods or services or result in a department not receiving the equipment or goods originally desired.
