1205-2: POLICY:
It is the policy of Ogden City Corporation to ensure that city employees who manage major construction projects are accountable for budgetary decisions, and that changes to project costs or scope are made in a timely and responsible fashion.
It is also the policy of the city to hold engineers and architects accountable for the validity of their design and cost estimating processes for major construction projects. (Eff. 3-14-2007)
