The Police Department shall be responsible for any criminal enforcement of the rules and regulations established herein. Pursuant to the penalty provision set forth in section 6-1-10 of the Ogden Municipal Code, any person who violates any of these rules and regulations shall be deemed guilty of a Class B misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as set forth in title 1, chapter 4 of the Ogden Municipal Code.
