It is the policy of Ogden City Corporation to require completion of a written request form when the city is unable to provide a record immediately upon receipt of a verbal request from an individual; or if there is a question as classification of the requested record. Upon receipt of the written request, the city has ten (10) working days to respond to the request, or five (5) working days if it is an expedited request. (Eff. 3-14-2007)
