It is the policy of Ogden City Corporation to take appropriate measures to keep the public informed. This policy will provide guidance when utilizing the emergency notification system to inform residents of applicable issues in their neighborhood. Anticipated system uses include, but are not limited to: disruptions in water service; street closures; lost individuals; etc. It is the intent of this policy to incorporate other city policies affecting city communications.
