1180-13: NEGOTIABLE AND NONNEGOTIABLE DEPOSITS WITH QUALIFIED DEPOSITORIES:
Fund invested in qualified depositories will be limited based on the depositories' IDC rating. IDC Financial Publishing, Inc. (IDC), uses unique rankings of financial ratios to determine the safety ratings of banks, bank holding companies, savings institutions, and credit unions. IDC rates banks on a 0 - 300 scale with 300 being the highest rating. For funds invested in depositories and banks with an IDC lower than 250, the maximum allocation will be limited to two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000.00) or the current FDIC limit, whichever is higher. For banks and depositories that carry an IDC rating of over 250, the maximum concentration will be three million five hundred thousand dollars ($3,500,000.00). (Eff. 4-4-2016)
