All security transactions by Ogden City shall be conducted on a delivery versus payment basis. All security transactions shall be held in safekeeping by a third party institution which has been certified by the Utah money management council and designated by the city treasurer. Securities held in safekeeping will be evidenced by a safekeeping receipt issued to the city treasurer within a few business days following the purchase. (Eff. 4-4-2016)
