A. Implementation of the traffic management program will be the responsibility of the city's traffic engineer, subject to any other approvals or authorizations required for implementation.
B. If implementation requires the mayor to adopt an administrative order, the traffic engineer shall submit the recommendations to the mayor, along with the proposed administrative order.
C. If implementation involves a street vacation, requiring the approval of the city council, the traffic engineer shall assist the neighborhood in pursuing such process. (Eff. 3-14-2007)
