This investment policy covers investment of all financial assets reported in the comprehensive annual financial report for Ogden City and the Ogden City redevelopment agency (RDA). The scope includes the general, special revenue, debt service, capital projects, enterprise, internal service funds and trust and agency funds for the city and RDA as follows:
