A. The employee policies and procedures manual adopted herein, replaces and supersedes the provisions of the "Interim Personnel Policies And Procedures Handbook", as of the effective date of this administrative order.
B. Any provision contained in any existing administrative policy or procedure, which is in conflict with the provisions of the employee policies and procedures manual, is hereby superseded.
C. The provisions of any departmental policy or procedure which are in conflict with the provisions of the employee policies and procedures manual are hereby superseded and repealed, as of the effective date of this manual. (Eff. 3-14-2007)
