   A.   It is the responsibility of all Ogden City employees to:
      1.   Become aware of and apply all policies presented in this manual.
      2.   Maintain a positive attitude in meeting the needs and expectations of all residents of this community.
   B.   It is the administrative responsibility of Ogden City to:
      1.   Ensure that this manual presents clearly defined policies and procedures.
      2.   Provide a process by which policies and procedures are initiated, properly reviewed, enacted and disseminated.
      3.   Foster a high level of morale and the development of each employee's skills. (Eff. 3-14-2007)
