§ 155.073 SPECIES DIVERSITY.
   (A)   All developments will adhere to the following guidelines to prevent uniform insect or disease damage to the extensive landscape being installed. This species diversity standard is set as a minimum only. Extensive monocultures are prohibited.
   (B)   In general, a single species should not make up more than 20% of the city’s street tree population.
   (C)   Depending on the number of trees planted in the entire development, the following maximum percentage of any one species will be used.

   (D)   A single species will be placed in no more than four consecutive locations on any one side of the street.
   (E)   Species will be determined from the approved street tree list found in App. A, attached at the end of this chapter.
