All developments and subdivisions subject to this chapter shall conform to the minimum development standards adopted by the city and contained in this chapter and Ch. 155 of this code. Failure to conform a development subject to this chapter to the terms of the Development Manual shall be unlawful and a violation of this chapter punishable as set forth herein. The city’s Development Manual, as amended, is hereby incorporated and attached hereto as part of this chapter and that part shall be hereinafter referred to as the city’s Development Manual. At least three copies of the city’s Development Manual shall be on file in the office of the City Clerk. Additional copies shall be on file with the city’s Public Works Department. The improvement specifications in the Manual may be amended from time to time by submission of modification to and approval by ordinance of the Council pursuant to the provisions of §§ 154.095 through 154.097 of this chapter.
