The regulations imposed under this chapter may be amended from time to time by additional ordinances made by the City Council. If the proposed regulation has been referred to the Planning Commission for an advisory report, the Commission may hold a public hearing to afford all persons interested an opportunity to be heard; the testimony presented by all persons interested shall be presented under their oath. Notice of any public hearing shall be given not more than 30 days, nor less than 15 days, before the hearing by publication of a notice thereof at least once in a newspaper published in the city.
