§ 97.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall be penalized as provided in § 10.99.
   (B)   The owner of a structure subject to the provisions of §§ 97.30 through 97.35 of this chapter shall be subject to a penalty of $100 per day for each day a violation continues.
