§ 97.30 STRUCTURES REQUIRING LOCK BOXES.
   The following structures shall be equipped with a key lock box at or near the main entrance to the structure or such other location as determined by the Chief of the Fire Department:
   (A)   Commercial or industrial structures protected by an automatic alarm system or automatic suppression system;
   (B)   Multi-family residential structures which have restricted access through locked doors to a common corridor serving as access to the living units;
   (C)   Governmental structures, unless exempted by statute, regulation or ordinance; and
   (D)   Nursing care facilities.
