§ 90.55 DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SAFETY.
   Except as to the regulations concerning inoculation against rabies, the Director of Public Safety is charged with the duty of enforcing the provisions of §§ 90.11, 90.25 through 90.28 and 90.40 through 90.43 of this chapter.
