§ 90.40 CITY POUND.
   The city hereby designates the County Animal Services as the animal impoundment facility for the impoundment of dogs, cats or other domesticated animals. All rules, policies, procedures and fees relative to the impoundment of these animals shall be as instituted by County Animal Services.
