§ 52.107 PLAN PREPARATION.
   After the approval of the design, plans and specifications shall be prepared in accordance with the foregoing and with specifications for water main extensions from time to time adopted by the City Council. The plans and specifications shall be prepared by the City Engineer, or a civil engineer acceptable to the City Council.
